Available for one, two or three guests at a time.

Full access to facilities (private change room, sauna, ice bath, outdoor resting area)

  • Basic guidance on utilizing the space and how to enter the ice tub

Three guests (add 15 minutes) - $199+HST

Highly recommended for first time guests.

Available for one person (75 minutes) or two people (90 minutes).
