> PLEASE BOOK YOUR APPOINTMENT, to ensure the time you desire. The door to the building is in Inner Arts Collective, so a shared internal building, and if locked most times. Denise will greet you 10 minutes before your appointment at the locked door.
Please show up to your booked appointment 5-10 minutes before start time. This allows you to have your shower and prepare before you are shown to the private patio space. Remember: You are alone in the space, unless you book a second person to bring with you, so no one else will be in the space during your session time. You may be naked or in swim suit, please: no baggy clothes in sauna or in ice bath*
Please respect times: There will be other sauna guests before and after you. When all possible it is best to show up a little earlier than to be later… which will dig into your quiet time, sorry.
towels are provided
if you feel comfortable going from washroom/ change room up to sauna space (only one set of stairs to roof top, inside the building), bring your own robe or simply wrap yourself in the towel provided.
a change room with shower and locker is inside for you to prepare for the sauna. Again, please respect time in the change room to keep to your booked time and respect other guests.
Please do not wear perfume, cologne, lotions, oils or other products. A shower, no hair wash requirement, is mandatory before your session. Natural soap is provided for the shower.
Try to keep talking to a whisper while walking through the Inner Arts Collective levels to the patio. Many other alternative professionals use the treatment rooms on the second and third floors. The sauna is on the third floor.
I will greet you at the door of the building, street level.
After your session, you simply dress your beautiful self, and enjoy the fantastic feeling of Thermogensis for the next 4-5 hours.
