Sauna space tidbits:

13 Years old + (must be accompanied with a parent). One or two people per session maximum, no cell phones allowed in the quiet space. This space is about closing out the world around you for 50 minutes. Be with yourself, challenge yourself in all the weather patterns while also cold plunging, and sweating in the sauna. Please feel free to bring indoor clean flip flops or footwear never worn outdoors to wear from washroom/change room to the patio.

NOTE: This is not an accessible friendly location. There are two flights of stairs to get to roof top patio, plus stairs from sidewalk to the front entrance. We apologize for not being able to accommodate everyone. It was the location that chose my vision for this unique outdoor experience in Toronto.
